Quick and easy appetizer recipes

Buffalo Chicken Dip

1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 can (10 oz) chunk white chicken, drained or 1 1/2 to 2 cups cooked chicken
1/2 to 3/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing
2 cups (8 oz) shredded Colby-Monterey Jack cheese
tortilla chips

Spread cream cheese in an ungreased shallow 1 quart baking dish.  Layer with chicken, buffalo wing sauce, and ranch dressing.  Sprinkle with cheese.  Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese is melted.  Serve warm with tortilla chips.  Yields about 2 cups
